Savannah & ArrowBrooke: Mustang SUD Enacts Stage 2 Drought Restrictions
Effective 6/27/2025: Mustang SUD has enacted Stage 2 Drought Restrictions for Savannah and ArrowBrooke. Residents may only water their lawn once a week, from 8 PM to 6 AM on your scheduled day.
Savannah & ArrowBrooke Watering Schedule:
- Even Residential: Sundays
- Odd Residential: Wednesdays
- Commercial & HOA: Fridays

Artesia: UTRWD Enacts Stage 2 Drought Restrictions
Effective 06/19/2025: Upper Trinity Regional Water District has enacted Stage 2 Drought Restrictions for the Artesia community. All enforcements below and fines will be in effect.
Artesia residents may only water their lawns once per week, on their scheduled weekday.
Artesia Outdoor Watering Schedule:
- Even Residential - Thursday
- Odd Residential - Saturday
- HOA/Commercial - Tuesdays
The following restrictions are now in effect:
- No outdoor watering between 10 AM and 6 PM
- Watering one day per-week (see above)
- No recreational water use or filling of pools, jacuzzies, etc.
- No car washes or unnecessary use of hoses / faucets
- Establishing new sod or landscaping is prohibited

New Administration Building
Update 4/22/2025 - The new building is now officially finished! Elm Ridge WCID and Police Department are now operating out of our new facility, located at 700 Savannah Blvd. The Board is planning a Grand Opening Event on Saturday, August 2nd to welcome residents to our new headquarters. Elm Ridge WCID's new Administration Building is in the heart of Savannah. Construction began in December of 2023. The building holds administrative offices, a new council room with state of the art Audio/Visual equipment, police department training and locker rooms, and more. Below are the renderings of the new building:
